A Computer Operator is responsible for managing and operating computer systems, performing data entry, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining records, generating reports, ensuring smooth workflow, supporting IT staff, and ensuring accurate, timely processing of information to support organizational operations and decision-making.
AS PER GOVERNMENT RULES & REGULATIONS
A. A degree in Science (Honours) or equivalent from a recognized university.
T. Computer typing speed of 25 words per minute in Bengali and 30 words per minute in English - in the relevant subject - should be mentioned.
C. In both Bengali and English typing, every 5 strokes will be counted as one word.
D. In case of more than 5% errors, it will be considered that the speed has not been achieved.
