DGM/AGM – Accounts & Finance oversees financial planning, accounting, budgeting, and reporting. Ensures compliance with tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements. Manages cash flow, audits, and internal controls. Provides financial analysis for management decisions, supports risk management, and leads finance teams to improve efficiency, transparency, and organizational performance and strategic growth.
Additional Requirements
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
Experience in preparation and presentation of Financial Accounts and Management Reports
.Proven leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Sound knowledge of local and international accounting standards, tax, VAT, RJSC and corporate regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence top-level decisions.
