An Office Assistant-cum-Computer Typist supports daily administrative tasks, manages documents, performs accurate typing, handles data entry, and maintains office files. The role includes preparing letters and reports, managing emails, assisting visitors, and ensuring smooth office operations through effective use of computer applications and communication skills.
AS PER GOVERNMENT RULES & REGULATIONS
(a) Must have passed the Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
(b) In case of using a computer, the minimum speed of Word Processing / Data Entry
Typing should be 20 words per minute in Bengali and 28 words per minute in English.
(c) Must have the ability to work on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint on the computer.
