AS PER GOVERNMENT RULES & REGULATIONS
a) Passed Secondary School Certificate or equivalent examination from a recognized board
b) Experience in operating a computer;
c) Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, data entry and basic computer troubleshooting;
d) Computer composing speed of at least 20 words per minute in Bengali and 20 words per minute in English.
