This role ensures accurate financial records, supports strategic decision-making, manages audits and taxation, and strengthens financial controls to drive organizational growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities & Context
To develop, implement, and continuously review annual and strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives.
To provide strategic and operational financial insights to support management decisions.
To oversee end-to-end finance and accounts operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, proper documentation, and full compliance.
To ensure timely preparation and review of financial statements, MIS, and annual reports.
To manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, fund position, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory control, and ERP data integrity.
To ensure governance, tax and VAT compliance, financial risk management, and effective liaison with banks and financial institutions.
