Office Assistant cum Computer Typist is responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, maintaining office records, typing official documents, managing emails, and supporting staff with clerical work. The role requires good computer skills, fast typing speed, accuracy, communication ability, and basic knowledge of office software to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
AS PER GOVERNMENT RULES & REGULATIONS
Must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Must be computer literate and have proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and basic computer troubleshooting.
Computer typing speed should be at least 20 words per minute in Bengali and 30 words per minute in English.
